Our purpose is to develop a high-impact, mixed-use, multi-family housing project located within a federally designated Opportunity Zone in the City of Oakland.

The project will deliver high-quality, energy-efficient housing—prioritizing affordability and accessibility—alongside commercial and community-serving retail space to catalyze inclusive neighborhood revitalization. Through an Opportunity Zone Fund and value aligned investors, we aim to unlock long-term, place-based investment while creating local jobs, stimulating small business growth, and supporting equitable economic development in alignment with Oakland’s General Plan and housing equity goals.
