Perfect City is a collaborative project of artist Mistah F.A.B., Golden State Entertainment and LIVE FREE USA that speaks to the hope and aspiration of a future free from violence and oppression.
As we gather to celebrate the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr we are compelled by the enduring legacy of his social vision and collective call to build the Beloved Community. Every city is made special and unique by the richness of its community. This impact campaign hopes to create opportunities for countless voices across the country to help us imagine what would make the Perfect City. By leveraging social media platforms, strategic partnerships with community organizations and this collaboration, we hope to honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr’s Beloved Community and the spirit of service and unity necessary to create our Perfect City.

LIVE FREE is a racial justice network of thousands of organizers, faith leaders, directly impacted families and organizations working to reimagine public safety and preserve democracy. We organize communities directly impacted by gun violence, police violence and mass incarceration in order to build the necessary power and influence at the local, state, and federal levels to secure peace, justice and belonging for all.We have local chapters and partner organizations in 20 states and 70+ cities which include black and brown church denominations, congregations, violence prevention organizations and millennial movement organizations.

Mistah F.A.B. – One of the most prominent and colorful figures of the San Francisco Bay Area hyphy movement (sometimes hailed as the scene’s “crown prince””, North Oakland-based rapper Mistah F.A.B. presents an exceptional combination of street credibility, social consciousness, astute introspection and irepressive goofiness.
